The cottage is situated on the edge of the village Treignac on 6100 m2 of land, mostly bush.

In walking distance to restaurants and village.

The cottage sleeps four people, has a lounge, bathroom with shower, seperate kitchen which is fully equiped including crockery, glasware and cooking utensiles.

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds, one which pulls out to a double bed if needed. 

Heating is electric.

No pets.                                    

The garden has a lawn and terras with pergoda.

The garage is under the living area.
